About Yoga with Rossana

Hey, I’m Rossana and I’m on a mission to create opportunities for slowing down and creating space. Yoga for me is a way to press pause and take some uninterrupted time for ourselves. Without feeling selfish, guilty or undeserving. Rest and self care shouldn’t be a rare luxury, it should be a non-negotiable part of everyday life.

After becoming a mom and losing touch with myself by tending to everyone else’s needs first, yoga was my gateway to nurturing my own needs too. I really believe that when our own cup is full we have so much more to give to others.

My style of yoga is mindful, gentle and nurturing, incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga as well as Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation to help you unwind from the busy-ness of every day life. It’s suitable for everyone, regardless of yoga experience and no matter how flexible you are. The practise is not about getting into fancy shapes, but about tuning into your own body and tending to your own needs.

I am also qualified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, offering Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation classes as well as Mum & Baby Yoga. In addition to this I am also qualified in Kids Yoga, teaching yoga for children, toddler yoga as well as family yoga for the whole family to participate in together.

Yoga provides a wide range of tools and techniques that can be used by everyone to calm their nervous system, tune into their body and connect with themselves.
